DUMPSTER DETAILS: Delivery of 14 Yard Roll-off Dumpster

ADDITIONAL CHARGES/PER PRICE LIST ON WEBSITE: This applies to extra tons after we scale out of the landfill, you will be notified of extra fees if this happens. This is initiated after your included 2 tons per load has been exceeded. An additional ton is $40.00 per ton. You will be notified if charges occur and payment on file will be charged. 

PERMIT IF REQUIRED: If dumpster is placed in a public right-of-way (EX. handicap, streets, sidewalk, fire hydrant, etc.), Customer shall secure and pay for a permit with the local municipality, or HOA and display on dumpster as required. 

PLACEMENT & ACCESS OF THE DUMPSTER: Dumpster placement (be specific) _____________   If placement is incorrect, customer will be responsible for replacement fee of $100.00. The customer is responsible for clear access and space to provide safe delivery, placement, and removal of the dumpster.

DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS: Customer warrants that any right of way provided by the Customer is sufficient to bear the weight of the dumpster and vehicle. Iron Mule Dumpster Rentals LLC NOT BE responsible for damage to pavement, driveways, walkways, curbing, landscaping, lawns, wells, irrigation systems, septic systems, or underground, utilities of any route reasonably necessary to perform the services.  

LOADING LEVELS & WEIGHT INSTRUCTIONS: The customer is responsible for the filling of the dumpster and its contents. Customer shall not overload or cause to be overweight, of any Roll-off container provided by Iron Mule Dumpster Rentals LLC If customer uses any machinery to load and causes any damage, the customer is responsible for any loss and or full replacement of the dumpster. The dumpsters must be loaded evenly and level, nothing should extend higher than the side or top trails. The dumpster shall not be used under any circumstances for incineration purposes period. Overweight loads are dangerous and subject to being dumped and reloaded at the customer’s expense. There is a service fee of $100.00, if we must remove debris for safe hauling. 

PROHIBITED MATERIALS: Customer agrees not to place any appliances, liquids, chemicals, explosives, batteries, paint, oils, fuels, toxic materials, asbestos, medical waste, hazardous waste materials, concrete, ash fault, boulders, bricks, stucco, roofing shingles, tree stumps, hunting waste of animals or carcass, burned trash or ashes, pressurized containers of any kind, or any items listed by City, State or Federal agencies with jurisdiction over the respective area. Customer warrants that the waste or materials delivered to Iron Mule Dumpster Rentals LLC, hereunder will not contain any hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or any other substance prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local, laws or regulations. If you are unsure about anything that is not permitted in the dumpster, PLEASE ASK. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Iron Mule Dumpster Rentals LLC against all claims, costs, attorney’s fees, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property or the environment arising out of breach of the warranty stated above. The warranties and indemnities contained herein shall survive the termination of this agreement.

WE DO NOT EXCEPT TIRES

LIABILITY: Iron Mule Dumpster Rentals LLC is not responsible for any damage to Customer's property during dumpster placement or removal. The Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Iron Mule Dumpsters Rentals LLC against all claims, lawsuits, and any other liability for injury, or fatalities to persons or damage to property arising out of the possession or use of the dumpster by the customer. The customer shall be responsible for the cleanliness and safekeeping of the dumpster and is responsible for any, and all damage from the time the dumpster is delivered until it is returned. This includes but is not limited to fire, theft, vandalism, negligence, graffiti, natural disaster, or other activity which causes damage. Customers shall pay any taxes (municipal, state and federal) including personal property taxes, which may be imposed by the possession or use of the dumpster. 

PAYMENT: Payment is due before or upon delivery. We take Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express (NO CHECKS)

CANCELLATION: Customer may cancel the rental within 24-hour notice. Iron Mule Dumpster Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

DISPOSAL: Iron Mule Dumpster Rentals LLC is responsible for disposing of the contents of the dumpster according to local regulations.

GOVERNING LAW: This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of NM. Both parties acknowledge understanding and agreement with the terms set forth herein: IRON MULE DUMPSTER RENTALS LLC.

 *By signing the invoice at the time of delivery, the customer acknowledges that they have read & reviewed the entire contract with Iron Mule Dumpsters Rentals LLC and agrees to the contract
